I just got a whole bunch of videos in the "Prevention" series and wanted to pass along a thumbs up for them. The ones I have are led by Chris Freytag and are very good. Two of them (Get Moving and Personal Trainer) have a nice menu feature where it gives you a suggested workout combo for every day of the week. You just pick what day it is and it plays some of the chapters in the suggested order. I did the Get Moving one today and it gave me a 15-minute aerobic walk and a 10-minute stretch. Very no-brainer! The dvds also have some bonus features on them such as suggestions for how to pick shoes.
I have a lot of fitnss dvd's and was looking for something different. These fit the bill for me right now. If you are new to exercising, I especially recommend the Get Moving one, it is easy to follow, a little less intense, has good mix and match options for later (the 10-minute yoga will make a nice add-on to my other routines) and has that handy rotation for every day of the week. I will be using this series a lot, I think :)
