Hehe, this is a kind of odd request, but can someone tell me some nice healthy vegan foods that are relatively low in fiber? I got a rather rude message from my body this morning that I may perhaps have just a little *too* much of it in my diet. But I've never really thought of the fiber content of what I ate, I just know that pretty much all of what I eat has a lot. So maybe some suggestions to balance it out? Fiber overload =

Here are a few fruits and veggies that are lower than most in fiber-

lettuce; vegetable juice without pulp; the following cooked vegetables: yellow squash (without seeds), green beans, wax beans, spinach, pumpkin, eggplant, potatoes, without skin, asparagus, beets, carrots, fruit-juices without pulp, canned fruit except pineapple, ripe bananas, melons

Hope you feel better soon! :)

Oh ya, and as far as grains go, look for anything that has 2 or fewer grams of fiber in it.
