Anyone want Vegan Cookbooks? I'm selling!

I realized that in the two years I've owned these, I've never used them, so they'd probably be better going to someone who will.

Just to vouch for how awesome these two books are: La Dolce Vegan is the book that finally got me to go vegan when all the horrible factory farm videos didn't work and I probably use Vegan with a Vengeance at least once a week.

I recommend both these books to people who want to eat good vegan food. La Dolce Vegan is great for new-ish vegans or those who are newer to vegan cooking. That doesn't mean Vegan With a Vengeance is difficult! It's a really great cookbook too. I like her flavor combinations a lot. :up:

Here, too! If no one else wants them for themselves, the secretary at our school would like them for her DIL. She's vegan. I didn't bother PMing you, because it would be for a second-hand person, so if someone on the board wants them for themselves, they should get in there first.
