What running shoes do you use that arent made of leather? I want to start jogging but my shoes are nearly thread bare.

New Balance carries several vegan running shoes (and I <3 New Balance).

I don't knwo if you're male or female, but if you go here http://www.zappos.com/n/br/b/107.html?ref=shoespage you'll see links for "vegan shoes".

Right now I am running in a pair of Nikes because they were the only pair I could find this past trip that fit well and offered all of the features that I need (stability control, trail running ability, etc). I normally run in New Balance and my next pair of running shoes will be New Balance.

I've got New Balance. I emailed them before I bought any of their shoes, and I was told that the non-leather shoes will never have leather trim or any other small amounts of leather. So some of their shoes are all leather, and some have no leather, but there's never any in between, which makes it easy to tell them apart and get shoes that are leather-free. They do say that they can't guarantee their shoes are vegan, though, because they can't vouch for the glue. But I don't know of any shoe manufacturer who does make a point of using vegan glue, so I consider that acceptable.
