How much protein do I need to gain some muscle and lose body fat? I'm small and need some muscle! Where and how can I get this?

Depends on your height, weight, BF% and goals. Are you currently on a lifting routine?

Protein only builds muscle if you workout. If you dont, it gets wasted and you will actually gain weight. Also the body changes while you sleep, so you should get 6-8 hrs of sleep. Dont start a protein supplement until you have a set workout schedule. You will see results either way.
