ok, i REALLY love the kashi brand cereals, especially the crunch one and the cinnamon "mini-wheats." sadly, they contain honey and im trying to avoid that (its the hardest thing for me to avoid)... does anyone know of any non-honey cereals (maybe with agave nectar or something else) that are semi-close to these two?

Check the generic brands. They'll normally be placed next to the cereal they are supposed to be similar to.

Kashi's Cinnamon Harvest doesn't contain honey. I eat it all of the time.

I think most of their cereals do contain honey....all of the ones my bf loves, with the exception of the Cinnamon Harvest, contain honey, I know that. In fact, Cinnamon Harvest is the only Kashi cereal I like. The rest taste like cardboard to me! :sealed:
It's Puffins FTW!!! No Honey in all but one flavor.

Well, it's a whole wheat cereal. I like it best when it's mushy and in a nice soy or almond milk. And maybe some fresh fruit like blueberries or raspberries on it. It does have a bit of a sweet taste to it from the cane juice and I find it's not as stale tasting as some other cereals. :) They've been making it since 1932 so I gotta figure it's gotta be doing something right, eh? :)

Nature's Path (http://www.naturespath.com) is my favorite cereal brand. Some of their cereals have honey, but most are vegan, and they're all delicious.

We like Kashi Autumn Wheat, lightly sweetened shredded wheat. It doesn't have honey either.

I contacted Kashi once... All of their Organic Promise cereals are vegan and contain no honey.
I second the Strawberry Fields... That is really good. I also like Naturally Preferred Raisin Bran, Nature's Path (they have several that I love... Optimum Zen and the flax flakes are good), and Cascadian Farms' Raisin Bran.
I have a bowl of cereal every morning for breakfast, so I know quite a few vegan cereals.

i gave up eating cereal a couple of years ago, after eating cereal regularly since I was a little kid. I just couldn't find anything that wasn't much more than candy - a bad way to start off the day. I don't miss it.
Sorry I can't be of much help! :hi:

the Organic Kelloggs Frosted Mini Wheats are vegan, and just as good as the original. Kashi Autumn Wheat and Cinnamon Harvest are vegan too (and yummy!)
Other than that, I don't really know of any cereals similar to the GoLean Crunch (probably because I don't like it :p)

Okay, so I am back because I flove cereal. I like Cascadian Farm's cereal (even though they are owned by General Mills ugh). Vanilla Almond Crunch is my favorite with vanilla almond milk but I can't eat it very much anymore.

The boy loves his Uncle Sam cereal, which I think has a lot of fiber per serving. http://www.usmillsllc.com/usmills/productview_description.php?id=124&back=DCEOIFAgVGhROwdtAmhSIwYvB3VdaVNkVncHNgNtAX1WJ FppVCcDbVMyBXEHYFU5BmRXawFl

hang ten, i used to eat the uncle sam's, but since i eat my cereal dry, i felt like i was dropping those little flax seeds all over everything. cissy, i didnt know the organic frosted miniwheats were vegan. i used to eat the regular ones everyday until i became vegan. im gonna have to look for those now. thanks all!
