I mentioned in another thread that I had an ed some time ago. Well, since recovering I've been trying to regain bone mass that I had lost, particularly in my arms. I'm still afraid of falling because my wrists look so skinny. I had thought I had to eat a lot of protein to regenerate bone, for some reason, but now that I know that line of thinking was wrong I feel like I'm finally on the right track. So, I'm wondering if anybody has suggestions for building bone mass. Currently I take a calcium supplement every day and do weight bearing yoga as often as I can.

my grandma has been taking OsteoValin because she is older and losing bone density. it is an over the counter supplement which she decided to take instead of the pharmaceutical she was prescribed because she did not like the drug's potential side effects. you might want to check out the manufacturer's site on the web to see if this is the kind of thing you might want. but, it might be something for older people? it says you should not take it if you are under 25, trying to get pregnant, etc. i don't know your age, but if you aren't at least 25 don't bother.
