in the UK?
well ... there are a few, but 'Lush' sell expensive/fun bath & shower stuff that you can buy in Lush shops or online. None of it's animal tested, all of it's vegetarian, vegan items are clearly marked.
For every day stuff - 'alberto balsam' shampoo and conditioner is dead cheap, all vegan, not animal tested, and you can buy it in most supermarkets. 'Original Source' last time I checked everything was vegan except the bars of soap, I use Original Source shower gel and they also do some shampoos, you can get this in most supermarkets too :)
For skincare stuff I mostly use 'Simple' - it's got no animal products in any of it's range, I'm not so sure about animal testing. That's available in Tesco, I don't know for sure about the other supermarkets.
The bit where it gets tricky, I find, is toothpaste and deoderant. I LOVE LOVE LOVE Kingfisher toothpaste, it works and it tastes good enough to eat, and they seem a really ethical company :) I use the crystal for deoderant which works well enough. But both of these things I can only find at a Health Food Shop like Holland & Barratts or an independent one. And if you find a Health Food Shop you'll have a wide range of less common brands of vegan toiletries to choose from if you don't like my vegan supermarket picks :) :)
