Has anyone ever used Debbie Meyer's Green Bags? I saw an infomercial on TV today about them. It claims to keep your produce for up to 30 days. I'm pretty interested in them because I like to shop at Sam's Club and I can't buy a lot of produce when I go there because it tends to spoil before my small family can eat it all.

Turn the volume OFF on your speakers before going to this site. It is VERY, VERY loud. I just got the crap scared out of me lmao!

I don't use hers specifically but I use some from Whole Foods that do the same thing and they really work. I reuse them many, many times.

They help a lot when I get 6 kinds of lettuces from the CSA! One can only chew so much, especially when it's cold out and a raw salad isn't the only thing you want to eat! :D

About how much do the bags from Whole Foods run? These were 9.95 + 6.95 S&H for 10 small and 10 large. I was really thinking about ordering them too because they seem awesome. If I can just go buy some at Whole Foods (they just put one in near my house finally ) then I'd rather go support them.

My mom has the greenbags from your link. They work really nicely, and we also reuse them over and over.

Be careful those green bags on the tv commericals are made from a petroleum bases plastic. I wouldn't trust my produce in them.

We don't use that kind....and I can't remember the kind we do use, but we buy them at My Organic Market and though my husband was a skeptic before, he's the cook, and he's given them two huge thumbs up. Won't put any veggie in the fridge without tossing it in one of the green bags first.
