As a woman, who is currently trying to get over-all healthier, I'm looking to add in some vitamines. What would be the best to try?

A women's-specific multivitamin will do the trick. Anything else will contain excessive amounts of vitamins or minerals that are only needed if your doctor recommends it.

Multi-v!

If you want just specific vitamins.. I'd probably go for B12, iron, calcium+D, and folic acid. Even with a Multi-vitamin, you may need a calcium supplement because they don't usually have 100%, and your body can't absorb that much at once anyway.
