Hi everyone. I just started all raw and am on Day 3! (http://theskinnyonjanuary) I feel much better today than yesterday! I am doing a 30 day challenge, but plan on being raw all of 2008!
Glad to be here!

I added you to my blogroll...I'm really interested to see how it goes and what exactly you eat.

My goal is to go all raw sometime this year (soon). Actually, nothing is holding me back I already eat like 75% raw...

Starling...thank you for the link! I can't wait to try them. I haven't started making any recipes yet, but I think I'll start to soon.
Dokto...what's hold you back then? Just making the final decision? Just curious...

I have just started to transition to raw and am completely raw before 6pm. after 6pm i eat a cooked, usually vegan dinner and some 70% fair trade dark chocolate for desert. i'm definitely finding that dinner is the hardest to give up. it's so cold in toronto right now that all i want when i get home is a bowl of black bean soup or a spicy stirfry! i'm also finding that since dinner is usually my heaviest meal of the day, i can never get enough substance with a raw meal.
i'm finding my energy levels are quite variable throughout the day, and also that i'm so obsessed with recipe hunting i can barely get any work done!

Yes, I feel stupid but that's basically it. The only cooked foods I eat now really are bread and some noodles on occasion...
