Oil-free, talc-free, cruelty-free/vegan concealer?

Does it exist? I've looked at everything and Zuzu somethingwhatother is cool, but they're too expensive for a teenager's budget. I cannot use anything with oil, my face breaks out like there's so tomorrow! I've also noticed that there are not many pale shades in vegan cosmetics, what's up with that?!

I use Bare Escentuals, which are oil/talc free and vegan. However the brushes that come with the kits are not. Luckily you can easily buy the products separately online.

It's a little bit more pricey then anything you just grab at a drug store but it's really worth it. Fantastic quality and it lasts forever. I have very sensitive skin and their products are a miracle for me.
