Does anyone do martial arts at all? I do kung fu, and come capoeira and am learning some tae kwon do. beats going to the gym!

I'm not into martial arts but you might like this post. You can check out Jake Shields (vegetarian) in a Mixed Martial Arts fight (YouTube link at the bottom of the post). Apparently he's a master on the ground (as opposed to stand up fighting).

Thanks jenna, I will finally attempt what I had been planning which is to ask that these two threads urgently be merged (to maintain least disruptioin possible) unless anyone has any objections.... I think that thread year 07 is best attached on the the one year 04 one to retain good chronology of post ascension or decension (which ever it is, the earliest remaining first in the soon to be conjoined thread anyway) :think:
