So, I recieved my Thigh Master and Ab Roller in the mail earlier today. I have to say, I like the work out both pieces of equipment give my body.

The ab roller really gave my lower abdomen a good work out. I was surprised. I wasn't expecting it to be so simple to use but so hard on my body. My stomach is pretty sore right now, in a good way. I really feel like it worked my abs out in all the right places.

The thigh master is also very simple to use. I found a website that offers an entire body work out using just the ab master, and I've done a few of the recomendations from it. I still plan on doing lunges and squats along with the thigh master and hopefully I will get the desired trim thighs I am going for.

If you are looking for a cheap, easy way to work out your thighs or abs, you can order either product off Ebay for under $30 including the S&H. They both come with a paper on how to use them, and work out ideas.

hmmm roller slide and err thigh master, I have a thigh mistress already-- j/k -- these seem like typical cheap products to me, I've always been sceptical of these exact products.... so sorry for my doubting, but its not all bad news I suppose and big up yourself if they're actually working for ya, I afterall have never actually made use of these types of cheap equipment. :) (and in complete seriousness) By 'cheap' I mean I get worried about their validity in performance just for the fact they are cheapish products and commercial typical fare IMO but nevermind what I say- if they work, they work. :)

I have a really bad habbit of buying cheap gimmick equipment. I've got another type of ab roller that is basically a sit up assistant that does NOT work. I bought it from Wal-Mart for under $20 and it was a total waste of money.

I can guarantee I know what you mean by the apparatus to help you sit up. Its like a small frame you sit in the middle of, so perplexing those things are, lol.

Don't mean to be negative btw, but don't want you to buy gimmicks if thats all they are. :)
