We are finally running out of our current supply of multivitamins.

I'm in search of a good, well-rounded, gelatin-free multivitamin for both myself and my hubby. I take 2 multis daily and hubby takes one. I'd like to find a multi that only needs to be taken daily (like Centrum, etc.) and that comes in a sizable bottle since we'll be taking 3 per day between the 2 of us. I've looked at some of the vegan sites, but it seems like you need to take 2-3 per day just to get the amounts listed on the label. :help:

I recommend buying your vitamins online. I use a vegan multivitamin by Deva Nutrition. They have a version with iron and one without. I use the one without iron because veggies have plenty of it. http://www.amazon.com/Vegan-Multivitamin-Iron-90-tabs/dp/B000S0PJ3U/ref=pd_bbs_sr_1?ie=UTF8&s=hpc&qid=1197429429&sr=8-1

Because high doses of vitamins can be dangerous, personally I recommend taking a children's dose.

This is what I take: http://www.vitacost.com/Nutrition-Now-Rhino-Gummy-Bear-Vitamins They're very very yummy, gummy, and vegan! I buy 3 bottles at a time and they last me just over a month.

I've just heard too many negative things about the dangers of taking too many vitamins... if you're eating an even somewhat balanced diet, you barely need any added nutrients at all.
