Sweet and Sara in my local co-op!

So there was a lady passing out samples at our local co-op today. I stopped and asked her if the whole-food bar samples were vegan. She said, "It doesn't say so. . . but these are." And they were Sweet and Sara marshmallows! They sell them there now, 5 minutes from my house. I got so excited she probably thought I was crazy. I was just so happy. :smitten: And they are every bit as good as people say they are. I'm planning to dip them in vegan carob and/or make some crispy rice squares. :hungry:

I'm sure there are a million threads on Sweet and Sara already, but I had to share.

Yeah, I was pretty amazed. I mean, not so much if I were on a coast or in a suburb of Chicago. . . but this is a smallish town in northern Indiana. :) I think our little liberal arts college helps keep us in alternative products, more than this area's average.
