Mars to bring factory to my town

So Mars Petcare is bringing a facility to my town and I want to know all that I can about their testing and if its on animals which I am sure it is...so if anyone has any info I'd really appriciate it. I am at work so I can't do a lot of searching at the moment so I need your help :)
