I ordered some Chocoreale the other day as a vegan replacement for my Nutella and it came today. This obviously isn't something I'm gonna be eating everyday but it is my favourite occasional treat!

Anywho I read on the back of the label that it's 563 kcal (calories) per 100 grams. Does anyone know what this would be in tablespoons? I can't remember much about conversion. I like to keep track of the overall amount of calories I'm consuming daily. And considering it's from another country, I don't want to accidently eating something that's LOADED with calories. I know that Nutella was too (190 calories for 2 tablespoons.) But that's why I kept it to one tablespoon each time I ate it and only ate it occasionally. Any ideas please?

P.S. This stuff is fantastic!

i just googled "how many grams in a teaspoon" and this is the best i came up with:

www.ez-calculators.com/measurement-conversion-calculator.htm

i must say, one of my pet peeves from the time i spent living in germany was that nutrition fact servings are always, always, always listed per 100 grams, even spreads! even when 100 grams was like, two-thirds of the pack. ugh! i like that nutrition facts in the united states measure things out in sizes actually resembling an amount a person might eat in one sitting.

Looks like it should be about the same as Nutella. A hundred grams of Nutella is 541 calories. The 2 tablespoons serving of Nutella is 37 grams according to the nutrition label.

Yeah I checked out calorie king. com and they said that Nutella was about 541 calories per 100 grams (190 calories for two tbsp.) So my guess is that Chocoreale would be about 200 calories for two tbsp. Since they weight about the same and take up the same amount of volume.

I know I love the American measurements. =) But it's gets me into so much trouble when I'm in Korea because I have no idea what the heck I'm doing when it comes to measurements lol. Same for when I used to live in Germany back in the day.

But you guys should totally try this stuff- It's better than Nutella and completely vegan!
