So I've noticed for the past few months I've had a heavier period. I'm not sure if it's abnormally heavy, or if it use to be light and now it's normal, but I'm not sure.

I've been having pretty heavy periods since September, and I've been a vegetarian since late-august (after I had gotten my period, I think) so I'm wondering if my new change in diet has anything to to with it?

I'd actually think I would have a lighter period, but maybe it's just one of those weird things in the world...like, you think it will be one way when it's the total opposite :P

I don't think it's like, abnormally heavy (although, I'm not sure what 'normal' is...) and I don't really think I should be alarmed or see a doctor, I was just wondering if it has anything to do with being a vegetarian :P

I'd guess it would be to do with iron as well. Maybe as you're not getting enough. Over the last year my periods having been getting lighter. I've been veggie for 15 years, so that shouldn't effect it.
