I have a plantar wart on the ball of my left foot. Does anyone have an alternative medicine cure for this? I have tried OTC acidic pads and regular rubbing with pumice but it is persistently there.
This hurts often and must be changing my natural walking gait. Help if you can. :help:

These tend to go pretty deep and it's best to have them taken care of by a medical professional, I feel. That being said, many people have had success using Black Salve for removing such things.
Hey, welcome to VB :hi:

I get big outbreaks of them that won't go away on their own. Taking zinc supplements is what has helped me.

I got mine cut out by a doctor. They go too deep to be pumiced off.

my doctor froze mine. it feels like an annoying pinch and its over. The wart falls off after a few days. It's like a little frost bite.
I've also seen little kits at the stores to freeze them yourself at home. However i doubt that they would be strong enough. you would be supprised at how deep those suckers can go! I had a few cut out also and was shocked! Freezing is not as painfull and dosn't leave an open wound. You should ask your doctor about it.

I used silver nitrate tincture on mine and it helped get rid of them. I just picked it up at the health food store.
and I'm definitely not one who goes for alternative remedies. Freezing didn't work on mine at all.
