This is an example of what I would be eating on a good day for me when I am inspired enough to try and cook and eat well.

Wake up - 7am-8am

Breakfast - 8am-9am - Porridge with water or natural Muesli with light soya milk. Natural Orange Juice, or a cup of green tea or maybe just water.

11am-12pm - An apple and a banana and or a kiwi or some grapes. Sometimes I do miss the period and only manage to eat one bit of fruit.

1pm-4pm - Half to a full sandwhich of something like marmite with tomato and salad. A soya yogurt with some seeds added - pumpkin, hemp, flaxseeds and sunflower seeds.

5.30-7pm - A main meal. Brown rice, vegetables - Broccoli, Carrots, Cauliflower and or maybe peas. With some kind of tofu or falafel. Some times I might include a selections of beans(Kidney, Pinto or black beans) and lentils with or instead of the veg.

Then I won't eat anything till the next day, or sometimes I might have a cup of coffee a bit later in the evening with a biscuit.

All that I will drink through the day will mainly be water, the odd drop of fruit juice and maybe a cup of green tea or one small coffee with no sugar and just a drop of light soya milk. I don't sugar or salt to any food.

How does all that sound?

it sounds like you need to eat more.

Looks like you're on a diet, are you trying to be? I would say you could add in more fat and more snacks, and try to add some protein to them.

I'm not on a diet or trying to lose weight.

I just wanted to gauge that on here, that would be an average but there are still plenty of days when I eat more. But it's more cake and unhealthy bits of food.
