Quite simply since nothing like it exists already (except AR news which is very different) I'm wondering can we post UK news in the UK forum, why sure right? but where exactly ? I think best all news goes in one thread in the main, else we would only be replicating what we did already and what we used to do which is (was) to veggiepatch random news.
I mean people I would say can still post seperate threads for their news announcements if you want, but for news more random or not needy of a whole thread for one article/piece news, we could in the main have most our UK NEWS all in one thread yes, for news such as quick bulletins??
Thinking about this from another angle, (but with me as far as my opinion goes, still ending still in *positive conclusion* FOR UK NEWS in THE UK FORUM) :) the question of would that detract from the international news already in random existence (veggiepatch random posted articles for example?) ....
......................Anyway my point~ would it detract from international news=answer= *I think absolutely not as long as people know there is a forum for them to post news* WHICH THANKFULLY IS NOW VERY OBVIOUS BTW OF COURSE WHERE WE ARE FOUND, and then people from whatever location they come from to view the news... would know where is appropiate and best for UK news heh and not have to post UK news where it would not be seen so easy like has been in the VeggiePatch!
So, All agreed ?
Any thought or refinements on what I roundedly suggest ?
::SUMMARY::
to reiterate }} any UK forum individual (*SPECIFIC NEWS* OR *NEWS SPECIALE*) threads could also be considered fine too, and having the UK round up of news or bulletin news or news in general also in the UK FORUM. as an all in one thread
placed there by ones own reckoning (depending on wherever the postee wants to put their news but helped by the guidelines I offer up). :)
ps, the UK forum could obviously include international news if we wanted, but the point over and above that would firstmost be UK news.... And anyway we can always start an international news thread if we wanted that, or wanted that with a certain international specialized or worldwide theme, etc = Best of Both Worlds if we insist thats the way it should be.
