I just thought I'd start this. I'll share my experience:
I feel much better if I workout in the mornings. I have energy all day. However, lately, I've been having trouble waking up on time for that so I had to switch to an evening workout schedule. I don't like it as much so am trying to find motivation to go back to my morning routine. In addition, I also take a martial arts class that meet three times a week at night 8-10pm so on those days I have to exercise in the evening.

Not a morning person, so always late at night.

Evening. I've read debates about which is better, but I think that for most people the challenge is exercising at all. So the best time is the time you'll do it and stick to it. Once you are a more committed exerciser, then you can fiddle with new times.

I currently do most of my exercising in the evening. This is mainly because I get to work early so that I can go home early and avoid traffic. A second reason is that climbing is my main exercise and you need someone to belay you when you climb. Everyone I know who climbs does so in the evening, so that's when I can climb.
I used to do my exercise in the mornings. I'd either ride my bicycle to work and then do a work out in the company gym or I'd get to where I work early and go on a 1 hour roller blading route and then shower and get ready for work at the company gym. The only thing I did differently at the company gym was to go swimming around 10 am in the morning after getting to work early and working immediately. This was because the pool was too crowded in the mornings and I'm a lightweight and didn't like getting out of the pool when it was cold.

I like exercising around 4-5 pm.
I hate the thought of exercising just after waking up.

I usually exercise at mid-day. I use my lunch-hour to go to the gym. The gym is less crowded at that time of the day and they don't have classes in the morning that fit in my schedule.

I'm still in school, so its at 3 every day. I really wish I could run in the morning, but I already get up at 5 to make the bus, so thats not happening anytime soon...

During the week, I work out right after I get home from work. I come home, throw on my workout duds, and go over to the gym. Then I start dinner. If I don't work out before dinner, I never get my butt out the door.
On the weekend, I like working out in mid-morning. Like around 10 or 11, a couple of hours after breakfast.

I just don't exercise enough. Part of my problem is that I'm not a morning person, so I have a hard time getting out and jogging before work. And this time of year, it's too dark to exercise outdoors by the time I leave work. My office recently put some basic gym equipment in an open room so we'd have a workout room, so I'm thinking it's a good opportunity that I need to take advantage of. I can workout there before going home (we don't have a shower in the office), so it won't matter if it's too dark or raining by the time I leave work.

I have no problem with motivation to exercise- I just love it! Its such an addiction. So I usually get an hour or 2 or running in after uni which is usually between 3-4pm (not many people in the gym then- i miss all the after work crowd) Thats in addition to cycling to and from uni

I am on a wushu team that practices three nights a week. When it's not a wushu day, I work out in the morning if I can (I like to start my day that way), but generally I end up going in the late afternoon and grabbing dinner afterward.

We take a morning walk, which is our current exercise program. :) I work in the afternoon and evening so this is the best time for us.

I usually run in the morning unless it is daylight savings time. There are a few spin classes I take at night!

Grapico, no one can make you get up in the morning but you! Give yourself a non-edible incentive for it, like a really good iPod playlist to listen to while sweatin' and sculptin', or just think about how much of a babe you're going to be if you keep it up. Stick to it for 21 days and it'll become a habit.
Also, make sure to change it up. If you do the same thing everyday, you'll get bored and won't want to get up.

During the week I go to the campus fitness room after work, and on the weekends I run outside, usually in the afternoon or evening, sometimes late morning. I only go early in the morning if I'm running in a race.

It used to be in the morning for me, but I get up at 5:30am the way it is...getting up at 4:30am only happens in spurts when I'm motivated. Lately it's been 9pm. I like it. Like the mornings, no one else is in the fitness center. It also helps tucker me out before bed.

Morning!
I get up at 5.15 so I can workout with my friend at 6.
I used to only workout late at night but since settling into this new routine I find it energises my entire day and gets me working harder throughout it.
