Are these cookbooks vegan and/or good?

I'm starting to look into some cookbooks to eventually buy. Could you guys give me some reviews on the following-

Burgers 'n Fries 'n Cinnamon Buns
The Vegetarian Meat & Potatoes Cookbook

Are these vegetarian or vegan? I really only want to buy vegan cookbooks. Any other recommendations for must haves? I'm looking for cookbooks that have mostly easy to find ingredients in them.

I don't have the "Vegetarian Meat & Potatoes Cookbook," but I've made quite a few recipes that have been adapted from it. I don't know if the recipes were adapted to make them Vegan or if they were already Vegan. But all the recipes were really good.


Looking over some sample pages on Amazon, it looks like the majority of recipes are either vegan or can be made vegan.
