I love them! My absolute favorite is strawberry fields. It has raspberries and strawberries and the flakes don't get so soggy like corn flakes do! It's rather expensive, so when I can't get that I buy cinnamon harvest. All organic and vegan and lovely tasting <3

I LOVE kashi! It's really true about it not getting soggy. I get a bad gag reflex if my cereal gets soggy and I can't eat cereal for a while. So yay kashi!

They are good. I wish they were all vegan though! :(

I am! I love the cinnamon shredded wheat kind. I can't remember the exact name, but it's delicious.

Oooh...I've not seen that one! Do you know if it has honey? I used to love love love the Go Lean! Crunch before I was vegan.
:brood:
Cursed honey.

The Autumn wheat is really really good! I don't drink cow's milk anymore, so I really don't eat cereal much. Sometimes I will have it with a little bit of soy and it's not bad :) I think Autumn Wheat is one of my favorite cereals :) I want to try more, but know I don't eat them anymore. GoLean Crunch is great in yogurt.
Anyone tried the Kashi pizza? Yummmm!

I've never tried any, but it's the only cereal my roommate will eat.
I'll have to see if Giant Eagle carries Kashi next time I'm home.

I was contemplating trying the Strawberry Fields but I figured the flakes would get soggy. I'm glad I know they won't now! Thanks. I'm definetly gonna get them next time I'm at the store. Go Lean and Go Lean Crunch are awesome. I haven't tried the Cinnamon Harvest/Harvest Wheat either..I know if I buy a box of it I won't be able to stop eating it.

I love their Go Lean cereal. It's one of the few that actually keeps me full through the morning.
Speaking of Kashi, I recently bought a couple boxes of the Go Lean! rolls at Costco ($17 per box, iirc). I looooooove them. They have this nougaty center, covered in caramel and/or chocolate and then coated in oats & soy crispies. They're so good.

Did anyone see Michael's thread in the frugal forum a while back? Free sample of Kashi snacks. I signed up and received a free "dark chocolate oatmeal" cookie a few days ago. Yum!

My friend and I both signed up weeks ago and never got anything in the mail. :brood:

I got the cookie as well, and it was like a bowl of chocolate oatmeal goodness, in the form of pretty healthy cookie.

Autumn Wheat
That stuff is great. I let it soak in the milk for a while and mash it all up. Drives my bf nuts. He eats it straight out of the box and will off the enitre thing in a sitting if he gets the chance.

I haven't received my free snack yet either. Sometimes those freebies take quite a while though.
I wouldn't say I'm addicted but I have been impressed with Kashi products. I especially like the cereal and oatmeal. I haven't tried them yet but I hear the chewy granola bars are really good.

I'm a big fan of Kashi cereals. I second (or third) the Autumn Wheat comments. That stuff is awesome with vanilla Silk. :hungry:

I love Kashi Go Lean Crunch. But it is pretty expensive in comparison to my typical All-Bran cereal, seeing that the PC All Bran Flakes are only roughly 3.50 and Kashi is around 5.50 sometimes. Seeing that I am a student, I only splurge on Kashi when I have the money.

Wow, 5.50 for Kashi? Where are you buying this stuff? I can get a box for about $3-4 at Target or Trader Joe's.
