I'm trying to start exercising regularly again. My office recently converted an old, unused conference room into a mini-gym, complete with an elliptical machine, exercise bike, treadmill, and a couple of other things. No real weights, though.
I tried the exercise bike one day for about 15 minutes. A couple of days later, I walked a mile each way to pick up a couple of light items at the grocery store, because I had the free time and the weather was nice that day. Yesterday, I tried the elliptical machine for 15 minutes. That was a much better workout than the bike.
I've also been trying to do a little bit at home here and there, like doing a few push-ups and crunches, and I have some light (10 lb) weights that I use a little bit at home.
So I'm making some progress in starting to exercise regularly. Hopefully, I'll stick with it for the long term this time. Having the gym at work that I can use before I leave for the day makes it cheap and convenient enough that I should be able to get in the habit of exercising 3-4 times per week.

Way to go Fromper. Having an easy-access gym is definitely a bonus. I used to work out all the time at the on-campus gym while I was in university (especially since I had 3 hours between classes one term).
Today I went back to the gym for 30+ minutes of cardio. So that's to the gym twice today which adds up to 40 minutes of walking as well ;)

I spent 18 minutes on an elliptical today, which is 3 minutes longer than last time. I keep saying I'm going to make a regular thing of exercising, but I've only seriously worked out once per week for the last few weeks. I guess that's better than not at all prior to that, though.

After doing the elliptical on Tuesday, I worked out again on Wednesday. This time, I did some push-ups, crunches, curls with 15 lb weights, then spent 20 minutes on the exercise bike. I definitely prefer the elliptical, but that machine was unavailable yesterday.
So that's two real workouts in the same week, which is a lot for me. I'm trying to get back in the habit of exercising 3-4 times per week. I'm taking today off, and I won't have time tomorrow, so I'll try to exercise some over the weekend.

I brought workout clothes to work today, but I wimped out on staying after work to exercise. I did some push-ups, curls, and crunches at home, though.

So, We joined a gym today! I'm pretty proud of myself, I didn't really do enough to feel much but i'm going to up my workout next time. My Mother has to work tommorow so we had to leave a little earlier than I planed which is why I didn't get enough done.
Ran 1 1/2 miles on a treadmill at 5 MPH on a slight incline, 50 reps at 100lbs on a leg machine, 20 reps each on 3 different arm machines at 60 pounds, 20 reps each at 85lbs on two thigh machines, 10 minutes on a stair climber, 10 minutes with 20 pound free weights, 30 sit-up things on a balence ball.

So I keep saying I'm going to work out more often, but I never seem to do more than twice a week. On the up side, my workouts are getting more intense each time.
Today, I did 24 minutes on the elliptical, which is 6 minutes longer than last time. This time, I brought my iPod and headphones, and it really helped keep me moving, as well as distracting me so I didn't get bored or focus on how hard it was. Who knew that Ozzy Osbourne would be good workout music? I also did a set of push-ups and a set of crunches both before and after the elliptical. For me, that's a pretty good workout.

Damn girl....that's a *light* workout? I feel lazy....lol.
No, I know what you mean though...i usually have to stay for at least an hour or more to feel like I did anything productive. You can really lift heavy weights though!

I ran the same amount and speed, I decresed my leg exercises to 25 reps instead of 50, Kept the thigh exercises the same, But I decresed the arm exercises to 15 reps each, Didn't do the sit-ups, I did do the free-weights, Incresed them by 2lbs. I added some ab exercises, 30 reps on a crunch-type machine that works the abs and back at 130lbs, And 25 reps on an ab machine at 40lbs. I'll do 60lbs next time. I'm going to increse the incline on my run a bit when I go back, I'll also buy some weight gloves so as not to hurt my hands so much then i'll up my weight exercises.

I brought workout clothes to work, so I'll hit the internal gym before I leave tonight. I'll probably do 20-30 minutes on the elliptical, along with some crunches and push-ups.

I did 20 minutes on the treadmill, I lowered the speed down to 4 but I upped the incline from 2.5 to 4.0 for the first 10 minutes then decided to push myself and set it to 12.0(the highest setting) for the last 10 minutes. My knee was a little sore from a bruise so I lowered my leg exercises to 15 reps at 85lbs, Thighs; I did 30 reps at 70lbs on my outer thighs and 20 reps at 55lbs on my inner thighs. I did 15 crunchs at 60lbs. I did 25 reps on the ab/back machine at 130lbs, I did 10 reps each on the three arm machines each at 60lbs. 5 minutes of free-weights, I came home and did 10 minutes on my elliptical bike, I'm going to do 15 minutes of yoga later.
Today was a pretty good day.

I got as far as 26 minutes on the elliptical. I'm still getting used to exercising regularly, so that was really tough for me.

Today was an off day from the gym(I go every other day) All I did was repeated walks up the 20 stairs leading to our door and gardening. Ran around with the canines for a bit. Plus i'll probably do some yoga just for the fun of it.

Today; I was a bit sick so I couldn't do as much as normal. I upped my run, I did 15 minutes at 12.0 incline at 4 mph, Then I did 4 minutes at 4.0 incline at the same speed and then I did the last minute at 0.0 incline at 10mph just to see how it felt... It was amazing. Difficult, But still amazing. I felt a little sick still afterwords so I skiped my weight lifting, Came home and spent 20 minutes inflating a balence ball (that's a workout on it's own!) and i'm going to use it with tonights yoga.
