Any advice would be helpful. I've been working out and dieting for a few
months now, but I seem to be at a standstill for weight loss. I don?t
understand why. I workout 3-5 days a week. Help!!! I?m only 7lbs away from
my goal.

Try changing up your workout routine it might help get off those last few pounds.. I'd say go to http://www.findyourdetour.com/ for new workout ideas...

I'd have to agree... changing your workout might just be the thing you need... good luck and don't get discourage... it will come off as long as you keep trying...

how tall are you? how much do you weigh? maybe your body doesn't want to lose that last 7 pounds for a reason

however, changing up your workout can help :)
