Anyone know which brands offer unsweetened milk alternatives? Only one I've seen is Almond Breeze Unsweetened Original and Vanilla.

holy mackerel! i didn't know they did an unsweetened vanilla almond milk!! and from their website i see an unsweetened chocolate one too!!! yey!!!! i'll be bugging the supermarket people for this now, hehehe. anyway:
-Rice Dream has an 'original' rice milk that is unsweetened (the fortified original one seems to have rice syrup listed on the label sometimes, and not others, but the unfortified original is always unsweetened) and a fortified chocolate that is also unsweetened.
-Natura (might just be canadian- is made by nutrisoya) has an unsweetened rice milk, vanilla rice milk, and soya milk, both of which are fortified.
-Ryza (might just be canadian- is made by so-nice) has an unsweetened plain, and vanilla rice milk. can't remember if they're fortified or not.
-Edensoy (made by eden foods) has an unsweetened organic soya milk, and a rice and soy blend that has no sweetener added. can't remember if they're fortified or not.
--the above are all aseptically packed, so you'll find them on the shelf, not in the fridge. Ryza does also do an unsweetened rice milk, and vanilla rice milk which live in the chiller.

trader joe's and whole foods both make unsweetened versions of soy milk. i'm not sure if they have a refrigerated version though, i've only bought shelved.

I have a "box" of Westsoy "Unsweetend" Vanilla Soymilk that is pretty good - though mine is vanilla flavored. It is what I put on cereal or have a small glass before bed. The website has "Organic" "Vanilla" "Chocolate" and "Almond" (have no idea if it is Almond, or Almond flavored, or mixed with Almond Milk ... ???) I have only had the Vanilla one, and like it.
I prefer unsweetened almost anything, myself - as I grew up with a diabetic sister so we never got things with a lot of sugar in it so I tend to like things with less sugar than most! (like NONE in most cases)
Nice to know so many others are out there! I will have to give them a try!

Silk also does an unsweetened version. Plus Westsoy.
