I think a lot of time it depends who you are asking, but this is what I've been able to find:
Activity Multiplier
Sedentary (little or no exercise, desk job)
Lightly active (light exercise/sports 1-3 days/wk)
Mod. active (moderate exercise/sports 3-5 days/wk)
Very active (hard exercise/sports 6-7 days/wk)
Extr. active (hard daily exercise/sports & physical job or 2X day training, i.e marathon, contest etc.)
So I would say you are moderately active... By the way, I don't know what type of injury you have, but since you seem to be doing all cardio, have you thought of adding any strength training activity?
