I am bfing my 22 month old. What all do I need to make sure and have in my diet? Before becoming veggie I have been taking a fish oil supplement for my omega 3's. are there any good supplements for omega 3's that are veggie?

First of all, I wanted to say CONGRATS on making it this far with the breastfeeding! YAY you! :nana:
As you already know, you need extra calories when breastfeeding. Here are a few articles to look at.

As for the Omega 3's, flax seed oil or ground flax is a good source, as well as walnuts. I'm sure there are others, but these are the two that I use.
Good luck! :)

If you're still taking your prenatals you should be fine in the vitamin department. Flax seed oil/ground flax or ground hemp are good sources of fatty acids, as are some nuts and canola oil.

Also Udo's Choice Oil
It has omega 3, 6 and 9. I do not even know for what are them for, lol, but they are good haha.
