Meet our new moggy!

We've been thinking about rescuing a cat for a while...ours died almost a year ago now and yesterday we went down to our local shelter and found this gorgeous girl...she's about 18mths old and is unbelievably friendly...we'll be getting her in a couple of weeks, once she's been neutered etc.

Sooooo happy! I'll be taking the little one to visit her a couple of times a week until she's ready to come home....but they already like each other!

We're going to call her Bella...she didn't have a name!

And yep, rescue moggies rock....our last (a tom called Muzzy) was fabulous!

Aw! I love the name Bella. In fact, I used to have a cat named Bella, too.

I started looking for a puppy the other day, and I have been looking at breeders, (I know, I shouldn't when there are so many homeless dogs) but today I found a four month old Great Pyraneese that needs to be rescued. I am contacting the shelter today. I'm so excited!
