Have you had a blood test to rule out any deficiencies?

Are you getting your omega3 fatty acids, and healthy fats? Try adding flax oil, walnuts, pumpkin seeds (eat the nuts raw). Are you getting adequate calories?

What does your doctor have to say about this?

Make sure the bloods you had down covered everything, many deficiences will not show up on normal blood tests.

How is your diet? Do you feel like you're deficient in something? Is there something missing from your diet? Maybe write a dairy for a week to see exactly what you are eating and then input it into somewhere like fitday to see if something is obvioussly missing.

Also don't rule out something not related to your diet, your symptoms could relate to any one of many different conditions and it's important that it's investigated properly.
