Because I ride horses, I have lots of leg, core, and back/shoulder muscles (from lifting stuff), but my arms are completely useless. I've been trying to build muscle in them, but it's just not working. I'm just sick of my arms being so weak. Any suggestions?

What have you been trying so far?
I like to do pushups. They work your chest but also involve some of your arm muscles. I also used to do shoulder presses, bicep curls and tricep extensions with weights. Most of my arm muscle has come from my job though, so I now have the opposite problem of you haha well except my right arm is stronger than my left and I must correct that somehow. My forearms have become much stronger by lifting a lot of heavy things. I'm not sure how to replicate that in a gym.

Ditto Starblossom. I could barely do 3 when I started, but pushups have totally changed the way that my arms look. Also maybe some chair dips would work well too.

StarBlossom explained it perfectly.
One thing that you can do is add some whey protein to your diet. Approximately 30 minutes after working out, drink a smoothie or shake with whey protein in it. The whey protein will help your muscles build themselves back faster and stronger.
Also, keep a steady routine. Thats the important part.

oh, and whey protein is easily accessable at local health shops & grocery stores, as well as on the internet. I order mine thru Amazon.com
good luck!
