I just started some moderate strength training, and I love it! I've always had very strong legs and core muscles from riding horses, but my arms weren't strong at all. There are a lot of guys in my 4-H club, and we get pretty round-and-tumble at Fair. I love to wrestle and play football and all that, but all the guys would just take me down, and I got sick of it. I've only been doing this strength training for a week, and already I can tell that my arms are going to be a lot stronger. I just have five pound weights, and I'm doing a variety of exercises with them.
