I'm running a mountain 5k on August 11th but considering I'll be 18 weeks pregnant then I'm not planning on getting a personal best or anything. :p

Thanks. :) I'm never as fast as you are even when I am in top shape though. 4th overall is pretty darn good. :)

Actually, beleive it or not this is only my 2nd 5k ever. I've ran more halfs than I can count and quite a number of marathons but none of this short SPEEDY stuff. :D
