Whenever I do yoga and practice the yoga breathing techniques I tend to get a soar throat afterwards...from all the breathing through the nose I suppose. Does anyone else experience this?

Well sugar , it depends , but some yoga breathing exercises can open up the chakras in the body .There is one , called the throat chakra , if that is the case , its best not to do the breathing side of things .
