I bought this on a whim at the HFS, it was on sale and I really love coconut. It's amazing, rich and creamy with bits of coconut in it.

It's also vegan, the ingredients are: coconut, water, sugar, guar gum, lotus bean.

The flavor was nice and smooth and I kept thinking how good it would be with chocolate sauce, or with a cake or fruit, but I ended up eating it right out of the carton and now it's gone. And I'm sad.

yum...that does sound really good. I think they do have that at my hfs, but I always go with the soy delicious, perhaps it's time for a change?

I was just reading Real Simple and they name three of Ciao Bella's sorbets as best sorbets - Coconut included. I have to try it!!

I love coconut too. My problem is that I'm afraid I'll eat the whole carton in one sitting. Oh well, I think I'm going to get some.

I ate the container in two sittings. I was trying to pace myself but it was so yummy and it was hot and then there was no more.

It's very good, I thought it was just going to be a sorbet, but there are little bits of coconut and that was nice.

I've had coconut ice cream before, but this was better than coconut ice cream, much stronger flavor. I make this frozen dessert that's coconut milk and lime that's really good as well. Is it okay to post a recipe from a cookbook in the recipe section if I cite where I found it?
