Sesame seeds are a superb source of calcium (as well as much more nutritional goodness). Easy to add to many meals in tahini form and great to snack on and sprinkle over salads in seed form.

dried figs, dark leafy greens, soymilk, tahini...*salivation over delicious calcium rich foods*

Rice Dream says it has added calcium in it (not sure how much!)
