hi hi

so ive become more active lately. and its good. i can feel my joints are happy again (used to train 40 hours as a gymnast. then did nothing. for years.) and am a lot calmer etc. trouble is im not THAT active now,but i can't seem to progress past this point (and yes, ive been a the same point for a while). lately ive gotten exhausted really easily at the end of the week and needed two days doing nothing, which isn't optimal considering i dont do that much to begin with. and its weird considering the rest of the days am absaloutely jumping outta my skin with energy :stinkeye:
any advice??

i generally walk 45 mins a day, then every second day or so i either walk another hour or i go to the gym and cycle (its horrible weather around here) for 30 mins and lift a few weights.

its not much, but i feel a hundred times better. generally. except a few days a week when im completely exhausted. its kinda tragic..

Are you eating enough to keep up with your activity level? If you that could slowly burn you out until you don't have the energy to do anything... How many calories/day are you consuming?

I see you're lifting weights. Your activity level is pretty high if you think about it. I see about 5 to 6 hours of steady state cardio, and close to two hours of weight lifting per week (if you do it every other day for a half hour). So definetely take a look at your diet. And make sure you're eating enough. Are you reallye ating 2000 calories? I thought I was eating 1200, and it was actually 1700. So really sit down and calculate everything. Increase your protien. If you're losing weight, and this is not your goal, then increase your carbs.
