i have one that i made at home.

my clients and others who have it really like it. it focuses on form and alignment and is a vinyasa sequence (flow).

my clients get great results. :)

my web site is here (http://jenifermparker.com). look for the 'shop' section.

I bought a Yoga Zone collection its was 6 CDs with two 20min sessions each. I love them i never get bored because i can do a different one everyday, and if im looking to do a quick one its only 20 min, but if i really want to work it, i do both sessions on one tape. I would highly recommend it, especially if you get bored easily from doing the same workout over andover.

I really don't recommend trying to learn yoga from a DVD, tape. or CD. I strongly suggest that you take a class with a qualified teacher. Yogafinder.com is a good resource for finding one in your area. But if that's not an option: Lilias Folan has a beginners' series. Yoga Journal's series with Natasha Rizopoulos is good for newbies. So is Seane Corn's first DVD. Of course, see your doctor before doing any kind of new exercise program. Good luck.
