HEILIGENDAMM, Germany (AP) - Concern about climate change was a major issue at the Group of Eight summit, but practicality and fossil fuel won out, at least when it came to the train that shuttled reporters to this Baltic Sea resort.

summit had to get to Heiligendamm by a narrow-gauge railroad pulled along by a steam-powered, coal-consuming engine.
