US residents only again. I hate it when companies do that, advertise something as "free" to get attention then whack so many restrictions on it no-one can actually get on.

Over seas shipping is expensive. Sometimes it's in their best interest to just offer the product to their country, I probably would do the same.

It's my fault for forgetting to check and put that (on the title). I seem to always forget that! :o
