I am now waiting for my pedometer... Im glad that you posted this animal cause last night my unit was so busy I didnt sit down for like 10 hours!couldnt help wondering just how many steps my little clogs take when I work... or dont work ;) thanx

Pedometers have a pendulum inside which swings whenever you take a step.
I wear one on the waistband of my shorts and I try to do at least 10,000 steps a day (9499 so far today!) :)
