You can buy most seeds for 89 cents or less. $3.95 for shipping seems excessive for seeds, especially seeds that are supposed to be free. :stinkeye:

Morning Glory is a noxious weed here. It's horrible stuff. It looks pretty but it's horrible stuff to put in your garden if you live anywhere except ultra-urban areas. Damn stuff escapes like wildfire.

Morning Glory seeds are also toxic and are reputed to have hallucinogenic properties if you chew them. Seems an odd thing to give away, bargain or not.
