yeah my roomate and one other person I know just drink redbull for the taste...
I think when they picked it off the shelf I was like, "oh you need to stay awake tonight?"
their reply: "No just like the taste."
Me: "huh."
I personally think it is pretty horrible also...in terms of both health and taste.
But to each their own.
And, yeah, I think I'll find other sources of B vitamins.

1- All I could find is that it contains B-vitamins (in the ingredient list), they don't list What B-vitamins.
2- on the ingredient list is Taurine, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Taurine afaik, that's usually animal based?

Taurine can come from animal, plant, fungus, or be synthetically produced,
the taurine in red bull is not from animal it is synthetic.
ok........just to be clear, i dont drink these every day........when i need a good kick in the pants to get moving i do, i like the taste, ( i know call me crazy!)........and they have no more caffeine than a cup of coffee.
and i hate coffee.
i had one when i posted this, and i happened to notice the amounts of B6 B12 and niacin listed, and i found it funny, the post was really meant to be a joke,
i in no way would think anyone should drink this daily to get b vites!!! LOL
