soy, almond or rice milk?

I love rice milk, I don't know which is healthier, but I prefer the taste of the rice milk.

I generally use rice or almond milk-I don't want to eat too much soy and since there are other option I choose them. They are both really delicious, high in protein and often fortified with many other vitamins that you need.

For drinking, I like almond milk. For cooking, I prefer soy milk.

and vietnamese soymilk is awesome for drinking

Vanilla Soy milk by So Nice Soyganic is my fav. I've never seen oatmeal or almond milk.. not that I have actually looked. I may have to give them a try.

I love rice milk -- Rice Dream is one of my favorites. I use the plain a lot, but I also like the vanilla when I want to add a little kick to my food. :)

Almond Milk is my favorite. I've tried Rice Milk but it's not as great. I rarely drink soy milk.

I love my Edensoy soy milk. There is however a new unused carton of almond milk that I have yet to taste and is going to be opened today. Hopefully I won't get a migraine. I'll report back. :D

I went to their site www.silkissoy.com and also found out they make soy milk in the asceptic containers. That would help me out bc I always forget to buy it. Does anyone know if it tastes the same?

I usually use soy, but I tried almond and really liked it. I hope to branch out to other types. I'm not crazy about rice.

I used to really like soy milk and disliked rice milk. Then at some point I switched allegiance. Soy milk was making me fart too much, so I tried rice milk, and I found out I liked it after all!

I haven't tried oat milk or almond milk, but I think I will soon.

I always, always hated cow milk, from earliest childhood, though I do like ice cream, and I put cream in my coffee. Cow milk is like drinking mucous -- it's just gross (imho).

I tried the vanilla silk in the aseptic package and it tastes the same as the carton...yum! I bought it for the same reason.
