Finally going to post in here after a long absence. :D We went to the park this morning and walked for about 40 minutes. We MUST get back into doing this!!

besides all the walking i've done the past couple weeks, i did 30 minutes of DDR tonight.
i want to start spin biking again, too, and doing poi. but i am doing all of this slowly.

I don't really exercise that much, but about every week/2 weeks, I ride my bike to a grocery store 1.7 miles down the road, get some food, and come back (boarding school, so I get to keep extra tasty food in my dorm, like almond milk, nuts, etc.). That, and walking around campus, taking a 30 min. walk every day/2 days. :P

We went to the park for a walk again today. Walked a little over 2 miles in about 50 minutes.

Walked at the park again this morning. Today we managed almost 2.5 miles in an hour. :)

I was gone for the weekend. Here's what I did:
Thursday: 2.5k jog, 3.26k bike
Friday: 5k bike
Saturday: 6k walk
Sunday: No exercise
Today: 5k walk, 45 minute circuit workout

Yesterday walked 3.1 miles. Last night the kids were rowdy and I somehow got kicked in the knee and am bruised and swollen so no walking today.

My leg is still kind of sore but over the weekend we went to the VegFest and to the Halloween Spooktacular, so Sat. I was on my feet walking around for many hours. :D But now my shins hurt too.... sigh.... and its COLD...
Hope to be back at it in a couple days though!

It's cold here most days too but today is nice and mild but a bit rainy at times. Sounds like you had a fun weekend Chryssiie.

Fri/Sat/Sun I worked a total of 25 hours, lifting heavy stuff at my job.
Sunday, I did about 15 minutes of yoga for my back.
