20 minutes run. a bunch of stretches and ab exercises.

Walked 1.5 miles on the treadmill, 320 calories burned.
I'm going to try and post in here more. Every time I'd look it'd be Isabelle who posted last. :p

Today:
5k walk in the rain
5k on exercise bicycle
35 counter push-ups
All sweaty and need a shower but I'm hungry as well. Now for the big decision: shower first or eat first. No contest--eat first. :lol:

45 minute circuit workout. And a good one it was. Ran for the aerobic parts and got my heart rate up and was all sweaty. :sweat: All showered and squeaky clean. Now, what's for dinner (lunch)? :confused: :hungry:

two 15 minute walk breaks at work
30 minutes on the elliptical at night

That's great Isabella! I'm down another pound myself, but I haven't been working as hard as I was for various reasons, biggest one being my shoes. Might remedy that one today. We're going to see if we can find cheap running shoes at Pay Less or such today.

This is my rest day but I ended up doing about 30 minutes of mixed aerobics and jogging.
Jeremy, a good pair of running shoes will make a big difference to your running. I hope you find a good pair at a reasonable price. WTG on the pound loss.

Went running today as usual. I got soaked because it was raining like crazy.
I'm doing yoga tonight as well. I've been doing it pretty much daily and I can really see a change in my arms and abs.

Yesterday:
I played about 30 minutes of DDR on challenge mode since it was raining.
Today:
I'm going to finish my jogging for a total of 7 1/2 miles*, Plus i'm going to do some free weights and streches.
*ETA: I ended up having more energy than I thought, Making todays total 9 miles. :)

It's going to be thunderstorms all day so I can't go walking today...
We're supposed to be getting the errands delt with today anyway so I suppose i'll just resume tommorow, It's supposed to be nice the rest of the week so i'll be able to make up for it.
