I decided that I want to build muscle! So yesterday I started at this gym called miracles fitness. I had a personal trainer and everything. It was kinda funny though cause I walked in and I felt a little strange because everyone was so much older then I was! I would like to go at least 3-4 times a week. I definitely don't need to lose weight I would actually like to gain muscle.
I know I need to eat a lot more protien then what I am eating now. I have been trying very hard to eat more in generel. Sometimes I'll just get side-tracted and forget to eat, especially at work.
Today I have eaten:
Breakfast:
A fruit bowl with Banana's, strawberries, and grapes. I also had 2 pieces whole wheat cinnimon toast with "better then cream cheese". I had hot tea to drink. I was really hungry this morning. heh
Lunch:
I had a bowl of vegetable pasta soup with poppy seed crackers. I had h2o to drink.
Dinner:
I am not sure what I am having. I think we might order chinese.
Snacks: I haven't had any yet, but I usually have apples with peanut butter or almond butter and sometimes whole wheat fig nutens.
Is there anything else I should incorupt?
