..any tips?

not a fan of vomiting, evidently. and unfortunately it seems to happen when ive skipped a bunch of workouts and get back into it. lactic acid or something?

You might be working out harder than you're ready for. If you feel nauseous, let up on the intensity of your workout.

Also, make sure you're not working out on a completely empty stomach. Eat a little something an hour before a workout.
